3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may change if the project scope, materials, or customer requirements are modified after approval. A signed agreement and required deposit must be received before work begins.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are subject to weather conditions, material availability, permit approvals, labor availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify clients of any significant schedule changes.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the project agreement. Delayed payments may result in project suspension, additional charges, or delayed completion until outstanding balances are cleared.

6. Warranty and Repairs

1. Service Deposits

Deposits for services are partially refundable if cancellation is made more than 7 business days before the scheduled start date. A 15% administrative fee will be retained. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 30% retention fee.

2. Material Purchases

Custom-ordered materials are non-refundable once fabrication has begun. Stock materials may be returned within 14 days in original, unopened condition with a 10% restocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Warranty Claims

If a service does not meet warranty terms, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a pro-rated refund based on the remaining warranty period may be issued at our discretion.

4. Home Warranty Plans

Home warranty plan subscriptions are refundable within the first 30 days with a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the plan period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests in writing to refunds@modernhousechoice.info including your project reference number, reason for request, and supporting documentation. Refunds are processed within 15-20 business days of approval.
